Jen works closely with Operations to ensure the best benefits and technology to support KBH employees. She acts as a bridge between employees and leadership, helping to align people strategies with business goals.

With almost a decade of Human Resources experience, and an additional decade in Sales before that, Jen joined KBH in January 2023 after 7 years of being a stay-at-home mom to her two boys. Kasey manages relationships with KBH clients’ finance and operations teams to ensure smooth billing, collections, and financial alignment. He serves as the primary point of contact for resolving invoicing issues, clarifying payment terms, and supporting transparent communication that helps strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Prior to Kasey’s tenure with KBH, he spent time in the Information Technology sector with Oracle and the Commercial Insurance sector with Aon in client-facing roles.
