With almost a decade of Human Resources experience, and an additional decade in Sales before that, Jen joined KBH in January 2023 after 7 years of being a stay-at-home mom to her two boys. As Controller of KBH Solutions, Kasey works closely with the CEO to develop and manage budgets, provide forward-facing forecasts, and analyze performance against financial goals. Kasey also oversees day-to-day accounting functions—accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management—ensuring timely closings and strong internal controls. Kasey manages relationships with KBH clients’ finance and operations teams to ensure smooth billing, collections, and financial alignment. He serves as the primary point of contact for resolving invoicing issues, clarifying payment terms, and supporting transparent communication that helps strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Prior to Kasey’s tenure with KBH, he spent time in the Information Technology sector with Oracle and the Commercial Insurance sector with Aon in client-facing roles.
