KBH Industrial Named #1 Fastest Growing Business

Alumni Association reveals 2025 Bulldog 100 rankings

The University of Georgia Alumni Association recognized the fastest-growing companies owned or led by UGA alumni during the Bulldog 100 Celebration on Feb. 21 in Athens, GA.

KBH Industrial, led by Tarun Ganeriwal, was named the #1 fastest growing business in the countdown from 100 to 1. Ganeriwal received his Master of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business in 2009.

KBH Industrial is based in Smyrna, Georgia, and is an energy solutions firm offering consulting and professional services to partners in the energy industry. This is the company’s second time on the Bulldog 100 list.

As HR Manager of KBH Solutions, Jen plays a key role in supporting both employees and leadership by managing the people side of the business. She focuses on everything from hiring and onboarding to performance coaching, employee relations, and creating a culture people enjoy being part of.

Jen works closely with Operations to ensure the best benefits and technology to support KBH employees. She acts as a bridge between employees and leadership, helping to align people strategies with business goals.

With almost a decade of Human Resources experience, and an additional decade in Sales before that, Jen joined KBH in January 2023 after 7 years of being a stay-at-home mom to her two boys. As Marketing & Recruiting Manager at KBH, Dominique plays a key role in supporting candidates, internal teams, and client partners by leading both recruiting efforts and brand-focused marketing initiatives. She manages the day-to-day recruiting process, overseeing everything from job postings and resume screening to candidate communication, interview coordination, and ongoing support for current and prospective employees.

In addition to recruiting, Dominique helps shape and promote the KBH brand through strategic marketing and communications. Drawing on her background in marketing communications, she supports brand visibility and credibility by developing company content, contributing to internal communications, and managing KBH’s presence across its careers site and social media platforms. Her work helps ensure a consistent message that reflects KBH’s values and culture.

As Controller of KBH Solutions, Kasey works closely with the CEO to develop and manage budgets, provide forward-facing forecasts, and analyze performance against financial goals. Kasey also oversees day-to-day accounting functions—accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management—ensuring timely closings and strong internal controls. Kasey manages relationships with KBH clients’ finance and operations teams to ensure smooth billing, collections, and financial alignment. He serves as the primary point of contact for resolving invoicing issues, clarifying payment terms, and supporting transparent communication that helps strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Prior to Kasey’s tenure with KBH, he spent time in the Information Technology sector with Oracle and the Commercial Insurance sector with Aon in client-facing roles.
